Eastern-Ukrainian Center for Civic Initiatives directs its efforts on coordinated documentation of human rights violations committed during the armed conflict in Eastern Ukraine. The Center's activities are largely dependent on fundings of those who believe in value of the fundamental human rights, such as the right to life and freedom from torture and cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.

Now the Center needs help to pay a lawyer and a psychologist to help the persons released from captivity. The annual cost of the service of a psychologist and a lawyer for 160 people is 150,000 USD.
